After spending many years working one on one with clients and studying the anatomy of children, muscle growth and their bone structure, Brightlionfitness felt there was a true need for this type of e-book. This would allow this growing population the opportunity to learn appropriate exercises early on so that they can continue to develop good posture, strong muscles and a healthy more fit body. We have come up with an exciting progression-based exercise program for children and adolescents to follow. This is a fun yet scientifically created exercise program that will provide a strong exercise foundation to grow on.

In addition by teaching healthy habits, balance and portion control early on, these youngsters are more likely to become healthy adults. It is important that during the growing years food groups are not entirely excluded and calorie needs are met.
